Shipping policy
We ship all orders directly from our atelier in Beirut, Lebanon. Each piece is carefully prepared to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and Lebanese public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Lebanon (Domestic): 1–3 business days via local courier.
- Middle East & GCC: 5–7 business days via international express courier.
- Europe & North America: 7–10 business days.
- Rest of World: 10–14 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or unexpected delays.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Free shipping may apply during special promotions or above a specified order value (if applicable).
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country’s regulations.
- These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
- We cannot predict or control these costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Tracking
- All orders are shipped with tracking.
- Once your parcel leaves Lebanon, it is handled by your local courier service, and tracking updates may vary depending on the destination.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, strikes, or force majeure events.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
- We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
